General Terms & Conditions

Customer acknowledges that SRJF fully complies with the laws and regulations enforced by the IATA, UAE.

Customer acknowledges that neither Customer nor any aircraft it operates is owned in whole or part by a Specially Designated National (SDN).

Customer agrees that it will not allow any SDNs to travel as passengers on Customer’s aircraft.

Customer agrees that it will not order fuel for any flight with a destination of Iran, North Korea, Syria or Crimea.

In order to get the fuel, the customer is required to make a fuel supply agreement based on the terms and condition as per IATA Ver. 5.1, July 2023 .

Sky Rocket Jet Fuel reserves the right to conduct credit checks and request additional documentation in support of this application.

A copy of Sky Rocket Jet Fuel's General Terms & Conditions will be provided during the onboarding process.
